Drug abuse, Royalton Road: On May 12, police observed a speeding black Chrysler Pacifica traveling westbound on Royalton Road.

That's also when the officer noticed the Pacifica didn't have any rear taillights illuminated. When told about the lights, the driver, who had a small dog on his lap, said, "Oh my goodness."
