Police found a coffee cup filled with beer and a case of beer inside a car following a traffic stop for speeding at 6:44 p.m. Oct. 22. The driver failed field sobriety tests and was cited for operating a motor vehicle impaired, open container, refusing to submit to a breath test and speeding.
